WHAT DOES DAO MEAN?

DAOs are created on open up-source blockchains, so anybody can see what’s prepared into the code. If any member submits a proposal, or audits the group’s treasury, or normally takes almost every other motion in the DAO, that action is recorded indelibly around the blockchain, maintaining a transparent document.
